The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Stretching

This is a project that I am proud of, but glad is over. That doesn’t mean I wouldn’t do it again, it’s an accomplishment to have a book published. Barbara did a great job researching and providing rational, practical advice and expertise. I submitted over 200 illustrations, and the final product was released at the end of 2007.
